• Play DXB Dubai ‘Pay & Play’ Pass 
• The Pass is eligible for one person and can only be used on the same day. It does not cover retail, arcade games, or food and beverages.
• You can access each ride only once on Play DXB (Repetition not allowed).

• Personal expenses such as shopping, dining, photography, and other on-site purchases are not included.

• The ultimate indoor virtual reality playground for kids and gamers of all ages,
• Play DXB at Dubai Mall is open from 10am-10pm on both weekdays and weekends, except on Fridays when the timings extend to 12am.
• For those more inclined to an evening of augmented thrills, please note that daily admissions close at 9:15pm, or 11:15pm on Fridays.
• Kindly ensure that you have your valid ID proof or passport with you throughout the duration of the activity.
• Guests should be there 10 or 30 minutes before the scheduled time depending on your booking. Last entry at 10:00 PM
• The Pass is valid for 1 person for the same day only. Retail, arcade games, F&B are not included.

• Digital Gate Card fees for visitors will be 5 AED at Play DXB and which is non-negotiable.
• Standard age, height and weight restrictions apply to each attraction and ride.
• The minimum height for adults should be over 120 cm and for children should be under 120 cm.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit. 
• The operator may deny entry to children traveling alone for safety concerns, so kindly follow the child policy at all times.
