Important Information

  • Please report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
  • Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your reservation without refund.
  • The cruise duration is approximately 1 hour, including boarding and disembarkation time.
  • Any delay caused from guest end will not be adjusted in trip extension.
  • Smart Casual attire is recommended. Avoid beach wear, flip-flops, and sportswear.
  • All Transfer rates are on "sharing basis" unless specifically stated differently.
  • During dry days, entertainment will be closed, and alcohol will not be served as per UAE government guidelines.
  • No Live Music and schedules are likely to change during the holy month of Ramadan.
  • No animals or pets may be brought on board.
  • Guests are required to follow safety instructions provided by the crew.
  • In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the cruise may be rescheduled or cancelled. In such cases, guests will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be offered. 
  • One (1) location only for pickup and drop off, extra charges may apply for different pickup and drop-off location.
  • Additional charges will apply for Sharjah, Ajman, Jebel Ali, Expo site location, The Villa, Motor City, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Investment Park, Al Qudra and Al Bayader. Transfers require a booking of 2 (two) adults.
  • If the selected option is not available, our operations team will coordinate with you for alternative options.

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy
  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation is made within 48 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children between age 3 to 11 will be considered as child and child rates will be applicable.
  • Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
